To request an Estoppel Certificate or a Questionnaire, please follow the procedure below:
- Submit Request:
Send your request via email to Huntingtononthegreen@gmail.com
Include the following information in your email:
- Unit number and address
- Owner’s name (if applicable)
- Type of request (Estoppel or Questionnaire)
- Contact information for delivery
- Fees:
- Estoppel Certificate: $250.00
- Questionnaire: $150.00
- Delinquent account fee: An additional $100.00 will be added to the Estoppel fee if the account is past due or delinquent.
- Rush processing fee: An additional $100.00 will be added for expedited 3-business-day delivery upon request.
- Payment Options:
Payments may be made by:
- Check payable to Huntington on the Green
- Money order payable to Huntington on the Green
- Credit card (processing fees may apply)
- Processing Time:
The standard processing time is 10 business days from the date of payment or request (whichever occurs later).
