RENTAL APPLICATION:

ALL LEASES REQUIRE ADVANCE APPROVAL BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE BOARD HAS 7 DAYS BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF A COMPLETE APPLICATION PACKAGE TO RENDER AN APPROVAL. ANY INCOMPLETE APPLICAITONS WILL BE RETURNED.

COMPLETE AND RETURN ENCLOSED FORMS:

  • The completed Application
  • Copy of Lease
  • Copy of driver’s license or ID card for anyone over the age of 18 years old
  • Completed and signed the “Notification and Authorization to Conduct Background Check Investigation”.  This form needs to be filled out for each applicant over the age of 18 years old
  • A non-refundable Cashier’s check /money order made payable toHuntington on the Green Condominiums in the amount of $100 per applicant Couple $150.00
  • Make Money order payable to Huntington on the Green

Anyone over the age of 18 years old must fill out an individual application. The breakdown of the non-refundable payment is $50 for the application fee, and $50 for the background check.

In accordance with the provisions in the Documents of HUNTINGTON ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, I (we) hereby serve notice that I (we) desire to lease our unit # ___________ to ________________________________________ whose current address is _________________________________________________________________

I, (we) agree to provide to the Lessee a copy of the By-Laws, Condominium Declaration, Articles of Incorporations, and Rules and Regulations, or to the Lessee, a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Condominium Association.
I, (we) will be bound by the Declaration of Condominium, By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, and the Rules and Regulations of the Condominium Association.
The owner assumes the responsibility and liability for the tenant and any violations that may occur.
The owner will make sure that there is no more than two people max per bedroom. Example: two- bedroom unit max four people per two bedroom unit. Three bedroom six people max two people per bedroom.
